Upload your bill

Send us a recent internet, phone, cell, or energy bill. We find where you are overpaying and what you would pay switched.

Compare the decision, not just the advertised rate.

A phone-system quote should start with the call flow, not a seat count. We review who needs a phone, which numbers must stay, how reception and routing work, what integrations are truly required, and what your current bill bundles together. Then we compare hosted voice and SIP options that can support the workflow with a clear migration path.

What we compare—and what inflates a phone bill.

Licenses are only one part of voice cost. Hardware, calling features, support, taxes, and old services can all remain on the account unnoticed.

01

Users, numbers, and call paths

We map users, shared phones, main numbers, direct numbers, hunt groups, auto attendants, queues, and after-hours routing. That keeps a simple workflow from being quoted as an oversized system.

02

Licenses and feature tiers

Video meetings, contact-center tools, recording, analytics, and integrations are often packaged in different license levels. We separate essential functions from features that add cost without adding value for every user.

03

Phones, adapters, and network readiness

Desk phones, analog adapters, headsets, and power requirements affect the real project cost. We also flag when the local network or internet connection needs attention before voice is moved.

04

Porting, term, and leftover services

Number ownership, port timing, contract renewal language, and services left behind by earlier changes can complicate a move. We identify those dependencies before an old system is disconnected.

0%Markup added to the provider rate

The providers pay us. Your rate stays carrier-direct.

When you choose an eligible option through us, the provider pays a broker commission. We do not add our fee to the quoted rate, so the comparison and the person managing it do not consume the savings we find. We explain the terms and tradeoffs; you decide whether changing anything is worthwhile.

Straight answers.

Details matter more than a generic estimate. These are the questions we resolve before recommending a change.

Ask us directly
Can we keep our existing business phone numbers?

In most cases, eligible numbers can be ported to a new provider. The current account name, address, authorized user, and number inventory must match carrier records. We help prepare and sequence the request, while the carriers make the final eligibility decision.

Do we need new desk phones?

Not always. Compatibility depends on the phone model, how it was provisioned, and the new platform. We compare reuse against replacement rather than assuming every handset should be discarded or retained.

Can hosted VoIP work for remote and hybrid staff?

Yes. Many hosted platforms support desktop and mobile applications as well as physical phones. The right setup depends on call handling, emergency-calling location requirements, security, and the reliability of each user’s connection.

How do you avoid downtime during a phone-system change?

We document the call flow, configure and test the new service, schedule number ports, and keep the existing service active until the cutover plan is ready. Exact timing still depends on the losing and gaining carriers.

Map the call flow before you price the seats.

Send the current phone bill or tell us how calls should work. We will compare the platform, licenses, and migration—not just the monthly headline.
