Lower My Business Bill is a bill-audit and brokerage service for the recurring services a business depends on every day: internet and fiber, business cell and mobile plans, hosted VoIP and phone systems, SD-WAN and multi-site connectivity, and business energy supply where a competitive market is available. The idea is simple. A bill shows what you have, what you pay, and often where the account has become harder to understand. A service address shows which alternatives may actually be available. We use either starting point to compare the current arrangement with the relevant market. That means looking past a promotional headline to the details that shape the real decision: contract term, renewal language, equipment and device obligations, service levels, support boundaries, installation assumptions, usage, and operational fit.
We are not an instant savings calculator. We do not invent a percentage from a few form fields and call it an audit. Some bills are out of line with the market. Others are reasonably priced but attached to the wrong service, an approaching renewal, or a plan that no longer matches the business. Occasionally the honest answer is to keep what you have. The purpose of the review is to find out before you sign another agreement or start an unnecessary migration.
How 0% markup works
When a business chooses an eligible carrier or supplier option through us, that provider pays us a broker commission. We do not add a consulting charge or a private margin to the provider’s quoted rate. The customer receives carrier-direct pricing, and the provider—not the customer—pays for the brokerage work. That is what we mean by 0% markup.
This structure makes the comparison free to the business and keeps our advice unbiased by a fee or markup that we control. We do not improve our economics by making your quoted rate more expensive. Instead, our job is to make the available tradeoffs clear enough for you to choose: price against contract flexibility, shared service against dedicated performance, a richer phone license against a simpler one, or energy price certainty against market exposure.
“Free” does not mean every provider or product exists in every market. Availability, account eligibility, supplier relationships, construction requirements, and carrier approval still determine what can be offered. Commissions are part of the provider channel, and provider programs can vary. We are direct about those limits. The promise is not that every option is identical; it is that we do not add our own markup and we will not describe a change as better unless the facts support it.
